Returns

Most new, unopened merchandise sold by Vevok-chef can be returned within 30 days of purchase, unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions Return Policy Exceptions.
Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
If you're missing your receipt, we may be able to locate it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or by check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase.
Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Vevok-chef. Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery and Major Appliance). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.

Prior to returning any item, our Customer Service Department must first issue you a Return Authorisation (RMA) number. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
Should you wish to return a faulty item, please email [email protected] with your order number. All other relevant information will be sent to you at this time. Photos and/or videos of the item may also be requested to assist in the return process. When a return is authorised, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is packaged securely to prevent any damage during the return process. Failure to do so may affect the ultimate resolution to be offered.

You will receive a store credit for returned items in cases where you have changed your mind. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse. We accept Change of Mind returns for 7 days after you have received the item. The item must be in a re-saleable condition to qualify for a Change of Mind store credit. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Handling / Cancellation fees will apply at 20% of the purchase price. The refund amount will not include original freight costs (where freight costs were listed separately).

• Gas Powered Equipment and Tractors
• Generators (other than Whole House and Stationary Generators)

If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at 0-000-000-0000 within 30 days of delivery for resolution.

Vevok-chef return policies apply only to items purchased from The Vevok-chef (in store or online at Vevok-chef.com). Items purchased from a third-party or marketplace seller, but shipped by The Vevok-chef, must be returned to the selling party in accordance with their return policies.
